Verifies the pre-installed software from factory.

Configures the remote support tunnel feature.Configures and verifies the authentication services with AD for user access control.Collaborates with Client to integrate vCenter with Rubrik application.Verifies the connectivity to the Client internal network.Verifies the system configuration matches with Pre-Site Checklist.

Configures Client provided credentials, or a password mutually agreed to and documented.Configures the Management and Data network IP addresses.Connects redundant power connections and powers on the nodes.Connects data network cables to customer-provided switches.Installs the Rubrik appliance(s) to the fixed rails.Installs the slide rails in Client provided rack.Unboxes the appliance and all relevant parts.Validates equipment is on-site at the appropriate location.Establishes project status meetings and communication cadence.Ensure environmental and operational requirements are met by Client.Provides pre-site checklist and design requirements.This is not a substitute for formal training.ĭuring this Service, AHEAD performs the following:

This is a fixed scope Service where experienced AHEAD personnel perform the following:ĭesign, configuration, implementation, and verification of in-scope componentsĬonduct Functional Overview to familiarize Clients staff with the solution.

Number of Backup Jobs: This base service includes the configuration of backup jobs for up to five (5) Virtual Machines or five (5) Physical Servers.

Additional service offerings exist to cover these items.

Additional Components: Replication and Switches are not included in this service.

Additional nodes can be added by purchasing the ACD-AHS-BUP-RBKEXP-BAS SKU, per four (4) nodes purchased up to a maximum of sixteen (16) nodes total in the cluster.

Rubrik Cluster: This base service covers up to one (1) Rubrik Cluster with up to one (1) Brik with a minimum of three (3) nodes and a maximum of four (4) nodes.

The Rubrik Cluster Deployment Service provides planning, installation, and configuration services for a net new Rubrik cluster, up to the maximums specified in this Service Brief.
